what should i do if i take an ovule after taking flagyl because i thought i had a yeast infection?

You shouldn’t douche, it will disturb the natural flora in your vagina.
Flagyl / Metronidazole is used to treat parasitic infections including Giardia infections of the small intestine, amebic liver abscess and amebic dysentery (infection of the colon causing bloody diarrhea), bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas vaginal infections, and carriers of trichomonas (if you are sexual, both of you need to be treated).

You need to have a check-up with your doc., to see what is going on with your body.
