How long is it before you notice flagyl working for a vaginal infection?

  normally about 48 hours…..if you dont get any relief within 72 hours (3 days) check back with your doctor….the drug isn’t working for you…..

  The symptoms should clear up within the first couple of days but continue to take your meds as ordered because although no symptoms are present you must complete your antibiotics before the infection is completely gone

  As soon as you drink a beer and get sick as I don’t know what, like I did, then you will know it is working. Normally a couple of days. Good luck.
