How long does an antibiotic last?

I had strep about 10 days ago and got an antibiotic- Bactrim. It ran out last saturday...I didn't get a lot of sleep the other night and now i feel a little uneasy but Im not sure if its because I am tired or if its because I still have strep. Im worried bc my friend is having a party tomorrow night and I dont wanna be sick. Should I just sleep alot tonight and take some vitamins or what?

If you completed the protocol, you should be fine but check with your doctor first. Check today.

If you completed the antibiotics on the schedule you were given you’re probably fine. Because you’re still sick, I would call your doctor’s office.
