Yes. Your body has thus become dependant on these antivirals and antibiotics.
In reality, unless it is medically nessicary, you should never use antibiotics for more than 7-10 days at a time, and no more than 4 times a year.
Anti-any thing is bad. It is restricting your body from building nessicary agents to fight even the simplest of colds.
Those “Anti bactierial” tissues, hand washes and what not-they lower your immunity. Instead of doing that, take ONE Zinc pill every other day for a boost.
Antibacterial soaps are also an item that I would toss. They should only be used in restricted areas, hands and or for cleaning parts of the body (that are healing-and even then-use it with a q-tip).
Don’t trust me? Act your doctor-I learned this ALL in a OSHA health class for becoming a Body Modification Artist (8 years ago)

Have you talked to your doctor about this? If he is the one who prescribed them then he should be able to tell you what to expect when stopping them. I would call him and get the lowdown on it and not take people’s word on this subject. It is your health.
