Help! What is the antibiotic that is in the family of Dicural, my dog needs help?

Pollyanna asked:
Other than Baytril, is there another antibiotic that works deep in the tissues to treat bacterial dermatits? My dog has a hard-to-treat case and the vet continues costly test after we have found what works to continue treatment. I would like to know if there is an alternative as I can not afford many more test.
Yes, I begged for the meds if she relapses but no, he won't do it. I have to fork out more money that I don't have.

I’m not sure what family it is in, but the vets i work for prescribe 1 of 3 things depending on severity…Baytril, Clavamox, and Ketoconazol.
