Is Accutane more effective than oral antibiotic to cure severe acne?

accutane has lot of side effects,try laser treatment i have seen wonders with it.

i took minocycline for a month, is sorta helped me out then around 2 weeks ago i got benzaclin topical which i was supposed to start with minocycline but did not. Now my face seems better but starting 4/12/08 im going on accutane im happy about going on it because im hoping for clear skin but yet im scared of those side affects. most people have it easy with dry skin and lips i wish i dont have anything so ill see what happens. On minocycline i have occasional breakouts of cystic like pimples. pisses u off does it not?
