About 300 babies in Australia have been exposed to tuberculosis from an infected doctor.
Health officials said the children in the neo-natal intensive care unit and the special care baby unit of Adelaide's Women's and Children's Hospital may have come into "close and prolonged contact" with an infected doctor.
About 75 of these children are too young to diagnose, and will be treated with antibiotics to minimize the chances of infection.

ATLANTA (AP) - A new national study finds that more than one in nine children and teens use some form of alternative medicine.
1 of the study's authors calls the statistic is "pretty amazing," given that children are generally pretty healthy.
The government study is the first measure of children's use of such remedies, including acupuncture, meditation and chiropractic care. Adult use of alternative treatments remains about the same as it was in 2002 -- more than one in three.
