Do all anitbiotics work pretty much the same? I have appointment with my dermatologist and have been prescribed antibiotics in the past for my acne. I also have a bad cold that I am hoping that some antibiotics with clear up. It comes around once a year and I'm sick for weeks. Congestion, runny nose, coughing etc. I want to ask for one antibiotic to clear up both. Not cipro....cipro doesn't work too well.
